If MyTurboPC was unable to connect to servers to check that it is up to date, you may encounter an error saying your subscription has expired, or that your subscription will expire soon.
Please restart your computer. Once your computer has started, make sure you are connected to the internet and re-open MyTurboPC. Click on the word About and you should see the updated expiry date.
If the license key does not show the updated expiry date, we would like to ask that you reset your license key.
To reset your license key:
- From the Main window, press the About link at the top right.
- Click the Unlicense button located at the bottom of the window.
- Click Yes to remove your license key.
- Enter the license key you received at the time of purchase.
- Click OK.
You should now see the proper subscription date.
